2. Security Services & Quotations

All service requests and quotation estimates generated through this platform represent preliminary assessments based on customer-provided site details, personnel counts, and duration. Final deployment contracts and service schedules are confirmed upon formal agreement, operational reconnaissance, and contractual execution.

3. Employment Applications & Vetting

Applicants for security guard or operations roles warrant that all submitted credentials, work history, references, and certificates are genuine and accurate. Submission of falsified documentation or false identification constitutes grounds for immediate disqualification, termination, and referral to security authorities.

4. Guarantor Responsibilities

Individuals executing guarantor documentation acknowledge their legal commitment and attest to the character, reliability, and conduct of the sponsored applicant in accordance with the signed guarantor declaration.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, trade names, badge emblems, imagery, and operational content published on this website are the intellectual property of FOTASCO SECURITY SERVICES and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from services or platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
